Coders Caravan is a social project that brings an innovative approach to the IT field in order to strengthen the role of women in the education sector and train highly qualified personnel in the direction of digital technologies.

The project aims to reduce the gender gap in technology and encourage women to pursue careers in programming, offering full scholarship to those selected for the project.
Taking into account the people living in the regions who are deprived of traditional programming education, Coders Caravan brings quality education to the regions through the 'Coders Online' method, so that project participants can successfully shape their careers in various fields of technology.
Programming knowledge is an invaluable skill for today and the future. Learning to code is more accessible than ever to open the door to a wide range of careers. Coders Caravan will train you as a Full Stack Programmer and teach you many other things you need to know to become a professional in this field.

In addition, the people who have won the right to participate in the project will be involved in workshops and trainings for the region where they are registered in a traditional (offline) way once a month (on any pre-determined Saturday or Sunday).
The educational program was developed taking into account the requirements of current technologies in the labor market, taking into account the future of the student. The program is designed to match the job requirements of leading technology employers to match the growing job opportunities in the technology industry.
Each person who will participate in the project will benefit from a full scholarship.
Classes will be held online. They will be involved in workshops and trainings in the region where they are registered (Shamakhi or Mingachevir) in a traditional (offline) way once every month (on any pre-determined Saturday or Sunday).

Women should aged between 18-29
It is intended for people who have programming knowledge at the entry level and aim to build their future career in this field.
Admission consists of 3 stages. Registration, examination and interview. Those who successfully complete all 3 stages will have the opportunity to study Full Stack programming with a full scholarship in the project.
The exam is designed to test your logic, algorithmic skills, technical English and computer skills.
